Allen Edwin Homes has dozens of floor plans from which to choose. One of the more popular floor plans is the Elements 2600. The Elements 2600 floor plan features a large and open feel with the kitchen, dining room and great room all open to one another plus an additional “smart space” that can configured to be used as a sun room, office or bedroom. The second floor features a large master suite complete with walk-in closet and attached master bathroom that features a double vanity sink as well as a separate tub and shower. Also on the second floor are three additional bedrooms, sitting room, laundry and second full bathroom.
